Return Policy

Online Returns Policy

DIANA KLISARIS has a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our return centre for a refund or exchange. 

Before returning a product, you must contact our Client Experience Team first – info@dianaklisaris.com 

The returned product must be in original, unworn condition with packaging, tags and accessories attached. If you need any further information or have other enquires please send an email to info@dianaklisaris.com

Any parcel received after the prescribed 14 day timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender.

DIANA KLISARIS cannot be held responsible or held liable in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. If the customer’s identification details (surname, first name, email, address and return code) are not included in the returned parcel the parcel shall be refused.

On receipt of the product(s) returned by the customer, the Client Experience Team shall send a confirmation of receipt of the product by email.

Sale Policy

All marked-down items are considered 'Final Sale' and are ineligible for return, including refunds, credit notes, or exchanges, under any circumstances unless deemed faulty. We encourage you to contact our Client Experience Team for assistance with sizing, fabrication, or styling before making a purchase.



Final Sale Items

Final Sale applies to all products marked ‘Final Sale’ in the product description. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please reach out to our Client Experience Team if you require further information before purchasing.


Cancellations

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Client Experience Team as soon as possible. Please note orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
