Online Returns Policy


At DIANA KLISARIS, each garment is made-to-order with intention and care.

As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.


We take great pride in the quality of our garments and stand behind everything we create. In the unlikely event that your piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, we will gladly assess the item.

 

To be eligible, you must notify our Client Experience Team within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting info@dianaklisaris.com

 

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

 

Please note, DIANA KLISARIS is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.



Sale Policy

All marked-down items are considered 'Final Sale' and are ineligible for return, including refunds, credit notes, or exchanges, under any circumstances unless deemed faulty. We encourage you to contact our Client Experience Team for assistance with sizing, fabrication, or styling before making a purchase.



Final Sale Items

Final Sale applies to all products marked ‘Final Sale’ in the product description. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please reach out to our Client Experience Team if you require further information before purchasing.


Cancellations

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Client Experience Team as soon as possible. Please note orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
